About Kind Circle Weight Wellness

You are so much more than your weight or your size. But sometimes it’s hard to feel confident when you aren’t at a healthy weight.

You miss out on activities, friendships, and opportunities. You want to be healthy, but you don’t know how to make the changes.

Maybe you’ve tried diets, workouts, and supplements only to regain the weight you lost and then some. It’s a frustrating struggle.

You are not a failure.
You can change.

With Kind Circle Weight Wellness, you can find and maintain your best weight.

We will help you identify and change the negative thought patterns that make weight loss seem impossible, so you can lead a whole and healthy life.

Kind Circle Weight Wellness clinic teaches you how to stop the weight struggle and create lasting change.

Kind Circle Weight Wellness approaches weight loss differently. Instead of focusing on restricting your diet or punishing your body with exercise, Kind Circle helps you retrain your brain with positive thoughts. As your thought patterns change, your actions and emotions change. It becomes easier to make healthy choices to reach your best weight, and sustain it.

People who successfully lose weight all have this in common: they change their behavior patterns.

Kind Circle Weight Wellness helps women gain new thought patterns to help them create change, find and maintain their healthy weight, experience genuine self-acceptance and maximize their happiness.

The Kind Circle Weight Wellness Story

During her 18 years as a physician, Dr. Kate Sample worked with thousands of patients who struggled with their weight.

An unhealthy weight puts women at greater risk of infertility, miscarriage, many cancers, diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, and heart disease. Many of Dr. Sample’s patients wanted to lose weight, but didn’t know how. They had only been told to “change their diet” or “be more active.”

Annual checkup appointments were too short for Dr. Sample to give her patients the help and ongoing support they really needed. She looked to her community to help them, but limited holistic options are available. Most weight loss programs for women involved severely restrictive diets, potentially harmful prescriptions, invasive surgeries, or extreme exercise regimens. While those options often help women lose weight at first, they are not sustainable.

During her training with the American Board of Obesity Medicine, Dr. Sample was impressed by the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when applied to weight loss. CBT creates new pathways in the brain to help patients make the choices they needed to lose weight. Even more significantly, patients who undergo CBT are able to maintain their healthy weight over time.

Dr. Sample founded Kind Circle Weight Wellness, a medical weight loss clinic, so she could spend more time with her patients and support them through the process of achieving and maintaining their best weight. Her practice is dedicated to helping women live their healthiest lives. She believes in the power of compassion, kindness and education as tools for change. She is dedicated to using proven methods that help patients make choices that lead to sustainable weight loss and life-long health.
